Thank you so much for considering involvement in Agape Academy Co-op.
As a parent who chooses to join, you are a vital part of this group and community.
If you would like to join, please know there is a commitment to help out with the different learning groups on enrichment day where you feel the most comfortable and gifted to help teach. Agape Academy tries to make teaching easy with the prepared curriculum that students will bring; so parents will more so be monitoring independent work-besides the preschool classroom.
Also, curriculum will be reviewed after each learning term. The parents make this community thrive and are welcome to share any curriculum ideas.
Lastly, if you are gifted in art or science, planning hands-on projects would be wonderful from time to time for various age groups. You will have the support/finances from Agape Academy to obtain necessary supplies for each approved project.
*Please know that this group will show love and care to all who join. If anyone wishes to be baptized and/or to have more support in a new walk with the Lord; a list of biblical churches in the community will be given.
For safety and security purposes, background check requirements and additional information will be forthcoming.
Parents are required to stay for the co-op day with their children on-campus.
--If a building (Church, Rec Center Rooms, Library Rooms) are obtained for our meetings, parents will be required to clean after the end of each day, keeping the building in great or even better condition.
----If a building is not able to be obtained, possible meeting areas are the Eagle Pavilion and park (wooden park), which has outdoor tables or another outdoor park which would allow seating. If an outdoor learning space is used, students will be asked to also bring clipboards in their bags for any worksheets. (Agape Academy would bring a small white board (s) each co-op day to help with instruction.
